Directions: 1 Package of Creamy Cauliflower Soup Mix 4 cups water 2 cups milkorHalf & Half Medium size head of Cauliflower - Chopped OR:2 (10oz bags Frozen Cauliflower Rice (use 1 cup less water) Whisk soup mix into water, milk, and corn Bring to boil, stirring often Reduce heat and simmer for 15 - 20 minutes
Variations:
Use Roasted cauliflower instead of chopped cauliflower Add 1 cup diced carrtos or diced potatoes. and 1 cup cooked shrimp or canned crab meat or chicken. Garnish with parsley and bacon bits.
