Refund policy

ONLINE RETURN POLICY - Returns are accepted for IN STORE CREDIT ONLY!

•Sale items and accessories are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. (This includes flash sale items).  Accessories include but are not limited to shoes, handbags, scarves, undergarments (leggings, biker shorts, bras, etc) and jewelry.  Any item with a discount 25% off or more is considered a SALE item.  

*Unworn and unwashed merchandise with tags attached (excluding accessories and sale items) may be returned within 14 days from the day you received them.

*All returns or exchange orders will incur a restocking fee for the original shipping amount if the recipient did not pay shipping on the original order.

*You may return 3 items per month. Any return over 3 items in a given month will incur a 20% restocking fee. 

*All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. We will not give in store credit for any returned items that have makeup, deodorant, hair, other stains, or that are damaged in any way not disclosed to us prior to the return as these cannot be restocked and resold.  If your items fall under these guidelines you will be responsible for the return shipping costs (you will be invoiced).

DAMAGED ITEMS: Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of delivery to qualify for a refund or replacement. Please email a photo of the damaged item to process your claim.

*If an item you received is damaged or incorrect, take a picture of the damaged/incorrect item and send it to us attached to an email at sunflowerskies610@gmail.com

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

1. Please review our Return Policy carefully to ensure your return meets all requirements. Returns that do not qualify will not be accepted, and any additional shipping costs to return the item back to you will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

2. Place in a shipping bag or box and INCLUDE YOUR PACKING SLIP.  Feel free to use the original bag you received the items in if possible.

Please note your tracking number for any packages you are return. Please allow 2-4 business days for returns to be processed once we receive your item(s).  We will email you when your store credit is available.

ONLINE ORDERS - CHANGES/CANCELLED ORDERS:  Please review your order carefully before placing it, including sizes, quantities, and items in your cart. Orders are processed quickly for shipment, therefore no changes can be made once an order has been placed.

PAYMENT: Payment in full is due at the time of checkout regardless of whether you select shipping or in store pick-up.

We would be happy to answer any questions you have about items in our inventory via email.  Please allow 24 hours for a response. Emails received outside of our business hours will be answered the following business day.  Any emails sent after 3 pm CST Friday will be answered on the following Monday.

Measuring TipsBust: Measure the fullest part of your bust and make sure the measuring tape fits comfortably.  Waist: Make sure the measuring tape fits comfortably around the narrowest part of your waist.  Hips: Place the measuring tape below your waist and above your thigh.  Make sure the tape fits comfortably around your body. *when applicable please review the sizing charts provided for specific items
